I find it one of the best series currently to grace Netflix, alongside House of Cards. The stories of individual inmates are extremely well told, and the recurring cast has a plethora of backstory to them.

Any other opinions?

the most i know are some really basic arm bars, triangle chokes, and guillotine chokes -- stuff like that in terms of jiu jitsu.
it's all really just bare bones stuff but i catch on pretty quickly, and luckily most of it is no-gi so it's easier to apply to rl situations
