A server owner requires help from C16

    Hello users of Cloud Sixteen
    I have began a HL2RP server recently.
    It hasn't been populated for a few days, and i was thinking: "Is this my fault or do they come in time?"
    My question/request to you guys is: "Help me Improve my server."
    If you want to help me by joining my server and request change or show me my flaws of the server you can see the banner over here:

    All serious advice will be taken in consideration and i will post logs of what i have edited
    You can request/suggest anything from Workshop addons to CW plugins.

    Thanks for guiding me to that tread.
    I have looked it all over and understand it.
    Luckily i have a staff member who is great at events.
    IK it's not all about the plugins, but sometimes there are ESSENTIAL plugins.
    I will keep this tread open for the poeple who really (not saying poeple who don't do it are lazy douches) want to help my server by joining and telling my flaws and pros

    I know Plugins don't make the server.
    But some plugins may work like a permanent spawn for certain NPC's.
    But now, the only think i lack is poeple.
    but as i've read, they come in time, not fast but they will come.

    But that's why i made this tread,
    The things I need to currently improve is citizenRP
    beceause since most players that have joined and either russian minges,
    poeple who leave beceause they can't get a knife.
    or poeple who don't know how to passiveRP when there isn't an event, or an event just ended.
    But also, I need to know what the essential things are that every server must have
    I'm not asking that I'm lazy and can't come up with themself, it's that I will not see or forget some essential things a server needs to have inorder to develop.
