◆XEN INVASION ERA◆





A new generation begins taking place in the twenty-first century. Taking place in this time two complies known as Aperture Science and Black Mesa go into the competition of budget and what they can provide in the attempt to show who's better. Two leaders of each company Cave Johnson and administrator of Black Mesa Dr. Wallace Breen push their efforts to show which foundation can prove to be better than the other. Although late in the year 2000 set on April 24th the events of the Black Mesa Era has been placed into effect obtaining the ability of the Xen border world to come into contact with Earth surface. Each Xen creature scattered across the world now causes havoc across the lands of Earth. Now ensured that nobody is safe from this new unidentified enemy. The UN military forces move into combat zones attacking the threat. meanwhile, those left in the Black Mesa Era were murdered or interacted by special forces. The reasoning behind this was to create the cover up. UN forces are unsure when this war stops.



2004 - 2010
◆PRESENT◆


The world can change in one blink of an eye. Your story starts here. The surface is dangerous due to Combine Forces roam among the surface. You were forced underground by United Nations personnel and now here you are living off low-quality rations. Each subject was given a standard blue jumpsuit in thick packaging. It seems to be engraved on the back "United Nations" in thick black letters. Where do you go? What does the future hold?

◆SEVEN YEAR WAR ERA◆​

Now starts with the combine invasion. Before Earth's invasion, The Combine demolished Xen's ruler The Nihilanth. Xen is still scattered among the Earth treating the Human Race as an enemy. The Combine Invasion begins attacking Earth of all of its inhabitants. The United Nations are being slowly demolished by Combine units leaving the remains underground at known Metros across the world. Although the UN isn't demolished fully most of UN's active units are MIA leaving half of the Military population cut. War even this day continues depending on who will win. Meanwhile, in the underground metro units, survivors of the war are kept in the presence of their safety. Although later in the years it's confirmed this whole government is corrupt. Citizens of the world are left clueless of the Black Mesa Incident let alone the government makes up the coverup story of the Alien races themselves attacked Earth. This leaves a turning point later on in the future.

What does the future hold some say? For the matters of others knowledge here is a brief future of what will happen.



UN Forces:


The future of the UN forces will be to push towards the surface re-establishing checkpoints and HQ's of leftover military hardware to push out the remains of Xen creatures. Afterwards treating the Combine threat as the main priority. UN forces attempt to hide from these overpowered races capturing found survivors and forcing them into their own established metro systems.



Survivors:


Survivors are at the point of breaking. After figuring out the truth of the coverup survivors forms the Lambda Movement. These survivors treat the UN forces and Combine as major threats.



Xen Creatures:


Xen Creatures see the Lambda Movement as normal people looking to unite the world back to its standard order. After the death of their ruler and loss of enslavement, they seek peace and tend to join up with those who want to want to see peace and freedom.



Combine:


The Combine are still pushing the inhabitants of Earth. The Combine learned from their previous attempt to enslave the Earth and now try to pull the strings when necessary. Combine Hunters are often seen by others trying to capture them or kill if the suspect seems to be dangerous. The purpose behind this is to enslave these people into their known special forces called Overwatch Transhuman Arm. The first version of these special forces was rather weak, non-advanced, or even capable of trying to remain alive. Later on, Combine Technology set in, this time, made these Overwatch Transhuman Arm more advanced to handle missions more lethal, and swift.

Notice: Server launching tomorrow!​

 

One of the better community threads I've seen during my time on C16, good job. I'll definitely drop by tomorrow.

 

Sounds good mate. Our plan was to release this thread around a few days ago. But we've decided to post it near server launch. So that nobody has to worry about waiting. See you tomorrow and thanks for the support. Means a lot to me.

Alright, guys. We're doing beta launch. This means that the server has just opened and requires you the player base to test and ensure there are no bugs on your side. The first day might be a bit alone although I'll do my best to get things started. We took the aspects of changing up the Survivor faction some. It's safe to leave the underground bunker due to UN patrols guarding a short sector of the area. We're allowing the Survivors to do "jobs" to earn tokens. It's no longer able to claim tokens from ration machine. Therefore, now you must work for payment. Now, you look on the forums and you see no guides? The answer is simple. You'll learn from your own roleplay experience. We want to see what you think when applying. After you get into the faction there will be guides telling you codes, what to do, etc. There are multiple jobs such as Chef, Garden work, Workshop, or even enlist for UN forces ICly. Apps too will be done oocly but for now, we're doing IC enlist. You must meet requirements to enlist in UN forces. Requirements will be shown below in a list. You're free to travel where ever you want but if you go outside of UN territory you have the risk of being killed by Combine Forces. Death will result in PK. Before joining be sure to download our content pack so you'll have a better chance of seeing no errors or missing textures. Welcome to AfterFlash. Roleplay is something we're going to gurrente. It doesn't mean walk around and do nothing. Now you have the true roleplay experience to do real jobs for payment. If you don't gain payment you won't be able to afford foods/drinks and starve to death. Enjoy your stay here and we hope to see you soon!
