Other Allowing non-admins to modify items

Discussion in 'Plugins' started by AstroLemon, Jan 13, 2019.

  1. I was fooling around with Gr4Ss's neat customizable armor script and I came across a roadblock. While trying to allow the "customization" feature to non-admins, but instead be restricted to a flag, I found that though the customize option became available for these flag-holders, the customization would never actually apply to the item when completed. With admins it indeed applies.

I'm not too experienced with Clockwork coding, but I'm inclined to believe that the same mechanism that prevents toolgun duplication of items by non-admins is the same mechanism that prevents this. Is there some Clockwork function that allows specific items to be modified by non-admin clients?

Show us the code you have modified, otherwise, we cant help. The itembase base most likely needs additional modification.
