Dowloading Valence for one command. Because logic.

 

Valence is a solid plugin, and adds many great commands. Admittedly, it's poorly made, but it's still a great plugin. [member=4099]NightAngel[/member] never said to get it just for one command, but either way, should get the whole thing.

so instead you could make an in-depth plugin related to being tied up and tying up people and untying them up
like do a /command that makes you attempt to twist around your arms enough to put the hands in front of you so you can do some stuff
but not everything
and for tying and untying and undoing your /command...
is up to you

EDIT: /r is the radio command and /rw is for RP and avoiding meta game

 

Make frequencies bound to actual radios and not characters.
Also add an option to turn off a radio.
So you have radios set to 111.11, 111.12 and 111.13, then you can turn on/off certain radios, then when you /radio you will call the active radios.

 

Actually working stationary radios.

And, like, not shit flash grenades.

 

If you mean making flash grenades that don't blind the whole server, I agree.
I keep having this problem where I'm checking something at the top of the nexus while the strike team is entering the factory, and suddenly I lose my vision. And the strike team facepalms since they lose their vision too. And everyone actually loses their vision.
