- Duspende removed from the staff team. ( Didn't actually do anything wrong, just has a very bad reputation. Stayed within his bounds of banning minges; wasn't running any shit. )

If I was still playing on RP servers, I wouldn't join this community just based on what you just posted. Having to remove 5 people like that really reflects poorly on your standards for selecting admins and decision making in general, so I advise you to only have admins you actually know.

I knew each and every single one of them for years, actually. Many of them weren't abusive, nor did they create in-character problems such as edgy resistances; however; a few nasty comments here and there got them a bad rap, and apparently people want a more professional standard. Others we deemed were simply too emotionally unfit- these were things that we could only find out after they were in the position, as they weren't necessarily awful problems. However, they were apparently bad enough for people to mention. If any of them would like to reform themselves to the point of re-gaining the community's trust, I'd be happy to reinstate them

 

While I may not post seriously, I'd like to actually to say something serious-

Communities are generally headed by some tyrant or whatever who keeps his friends (or close people, whatever) in the administration positions because why not. For an owner to admit straight up that he put the wrong people in the positions takes balls man, and it shows that this dude actually cares about his community and the quality of the role-playing/enforcement of such a quality on said community.

Playerbase started dropping after a certain 'event' in the construction zone, and most of the blame was being pinned on dusp for the server dying- without any actual examples whatsoever. Dusp actually tried to better himself for Aphelion. I had like half of a super long post typed out last night delving into all of the great things he did, but by the time I realized there was no going back (they're making a community now) I figured why bother.

I got really discouraged after realizing that any disgruntled people could come to my cloudsixteen thread and people who haven't played would believe what they said because there's nobody here to defend themselves.
