    You should be able to use the card in a paypal purchase without a paypal account.

    Arbiter, for the vending machine, it says "You need 25 tokens to restock this machine." I have fucking 10k+ tokens, why is it not working?

    That's odd.. To restock the machine you should be MPF and need to hold Shift and press E on the item you wish to restock.

    Are you doing something different perhaps?

    Wasn't planing on it. :)
