Archery.

I haven't shot in about a year or so, but I'm picking back up in archery for deer season.

Opens on the 23rd. I seriously can't wait. But yeah, archery played a huge role in my life, since I was like - Ten. I'm usually able to robin-hood arrows at will, but I'm still trying to get the three-in-one arrow.

(A robin-hood is where you'd get one arrow inside of the other.)

But uh - Yeah. This year's my first time around hunting. And we're on the peak of a hill. So, technically - I can't drag the deer down the hill because it has so many mini-boulders, etc. I'd have to carry it. And that's gonna be pretty hard.

 

Damn. I got pretty good at archery.

I'm pretty shit now. Been roughly... Two years? Since I last used a bow.

It's a nice hobby. Surprised me how much skill and practice it really takes to be able to draw and arrow and fire it accuratly.

 

What do you want to do with the crossbow? Hunting? Or other?

I've been seeing a lot of boar around here, should probably get the proper stuff and go hunt them down. I actually happen to own a compound bow, but rarely use it. It's sure fun to play around with and shoot some fowl.

If there was indeed a bow that could shoot the bolts (or even a lazer) from HL2, I would buy it.

 

We always do archery at school on Gym Class, I suck at it though but it still is pretty fun.

We have Phys Ed everyday; for about an hour and half for a term.

And in about the middle of the term we begin archery for about a week.

 

Everyday; for this term. Which is about another forty three days.

Don't think I'm all buff and shit I'm skinny and weak as fuck.
