Want me to try put up an ArmA server? If so - which version you all prefer?

 

Arma 2 OA.

 

OA or 3 works for me
never played ACE though @Top-Hat

 

ACE simply makes it more realistic, adds shrapnel n stuff

I'd be pretty interested. I'm not very good at it, but I'd certainly be down to play it for fun. Of course I'd pilot.

 

Throw up an OA server due to ArmA 3's stress on PCs.

ArmA 2 will suck everyone in.

 

I'm too poor for Arma three and I can run Arma 2 at about max as long as I have nothing running in the background. (I have shit ram but a good Graphics card for the most part)

 

Its just the fact that ArmA 2 is much easier to run on anyone's PC. Some people may even have to turn down the graphics on ArmA 2.

I do agree with the smoothness of ArmA 3, but that's to be expected from a much newer game.

 

Tried playing dom on Arma 3 and it took me an entire clip of some rifle to kill somebody, would rather not.

 

I hear Arma 2 is much more realistic than Arma 3 in some aspects. I mean. I've yet to actually hit someone in Arma 2 and I've been playing it on and off violently for a year.

 

Use the ingame firing range.

I've been planning on it actually. I've just not found the time to continue Arma 2 through my ridiculously long Toribash sessions. But ye. Alex should set up a Arma 2.

ArmA 3 please. ArmA 2 feels like I'm banging my head against a wall instead of playing a game.

I mean either way I get to fly blackhawks so eh w/e works
