Awsome ida for Cloudsixteens amazing Coders

Hey cloudsixteen. I thought long about why you don't make a Black Mesa rp, The Black Mesa rp would be a amazing rp line but it would be even more amazing with your ways of making gamemodes like the HL2rp.

 

(Kinda seems like the wrong area to post, but I don't know where this would go so I guess you'll be good.)

I've actually seen some of these Black Mesa RP kinda things done but they're not all that great. Maybe an official one would be better, plus there's already really cool maps.

 

There are actually quite a lot of these around in places, some are better than others and others work differently to others.

 

I know about all those Black Mesa rp what i say is that it would be awsome if Clockwork make one in thire version with whitelists

Those i have seen is just dark rp with other jobs and a Black mesa map.

You could use a slightly modified Phase Four schema with a Black Mesa map if you're planning to set it after the events of Half-life. If you're setting it before Half-life, I'd still recommend using the Phase Four schema, but modify the text, perhaps add in a bunch of science items, and you can call it Black Mesa RP.

The problem is, is that there really is no reason for conna to make black mesa rp. Reasons? You can already use an existing schema, modify it by barely even a few lines of code and BAM; black mesa rp.

All you have to do for the example of HL2RP is change the factions around, add in the HL1 weapons, maybe add in a few custom items and then you're done.

 

I quite enjoyed BMRP when HeartBit did it, I do have a bmrp skeleton somewhere with a few things in. No idea if it works though.

 

I don't realy know how to do that kind of stuff that i am not a coder.
I am just a server owner with a idea.

Awsome, ida, amazing, and Cloud Sixteen don't exactly go together.

It's already been done by others, so it wouldn't be very profitable overall. Or if your trying to say Cloud Sixteen should make a official server....that also wouldn't work. Sorry for misunderstanding what you're trying to say, you just didn't....uhh....word it right.

 

I shouldn't advertise servers, but HeartBit is what you should try out.

Eterniarologue is still my favorite Roleplaying game now. Addictive as fuck. But it's only for the elitist of elite roleplayers. Even ask [member=5522]Atebite[/member] , he saw my shit I had to do.

Makes me want to make a Byond game because of it. Which I may very well do.
But. Yeah. It's just. So good.

By definition, what word count merits "writing books" I'd say somewhere around 5000?

 

Word count or character count? Because if you did indeed mean character count I think my longest single RP solo wise was roughly 7,359 characters.
