Turn off bright lights before 9:30 and flip on a warm lamp, drink water, take some sleeping pills, and listen to audiobooks while getting everything ready for the next day. What's your ritual? Do you smoke, shower, or just hop straight into bed?

i watch a video of something until i get tired and then i sleep

the video cant be fucking uppity either, gotta be something easy on the eyes when i lay down for bed

i did this all the time last semester of uni and it worked wonders on getting sleep on finals days

    get into bed pretty early
    sit up and watch videos
realize it's so late and i won't get up
decide to say 'fuck it i'll stay up'
fall asleep at 3 AM and get barely any sleep

    i do this a lot
also i lose track of time a lot for some reason like i have this issue where i'll look at the clock and be like "aight im go to bed in like 15 minutes" and i look at the clock again after what i thinks 15 minutes and its been like an hour

  10. this happens to me especially when listening to music
music is awful for time keeping unless you constantly keep in mind that most songs are 3 - 6 minutes
