    I hear SMF is pretty good and can look splendid with the effort provided.

    Edit:
    Host doesn't really matter. Hell when you rent your server you should be getting a free website along with it. NFO does this. I know numerous Dedi hosts do this. I think even @RJ does too. If he still hosts.
