We are a looking for new players with no skill in HL2RP, from there,we can advance their knowledge by teaching them how to RP better and not just go around punching people.

Completely a vanilla server with only the plugins and nothing else,we enjoy it that way because HL2RP is much more fun like that.

Me and a few friends were in our old community where we had loads of fun, but bad parts too like seeing rule breakers and such,so we decided to make a server to teach new players of HL2RP and advance their knowledge.

We hope to be one of the best in the HL2RP servers and hope that one day the HL2RP Community will be free from rulebreakers.

Moving on,we have several divisions such as:
GRID - Mechanical Unit
HELIX - Medical Unit
NOVA - Millitary
PHEONIX - Anti-rebel Unit
GHOST - Stealth Unit

Here are some of the ranks that you climb up through your journey with the MPF:

RCT - A trainee,stays in Nexus and can never come out unless authorized by DvL+.
05 - Gets to patrol the streets with a stunstick and a 9mm
04 - Can command 05s around and tell them what to do. Gets the same equipment as a 05.
03 - Gets to choose his/her division on this rank.Gets the power to order 05s and 04s around and if in division NOVA or PHEONIX, gets AR2, Shotgun, Magnum.
02 - Gets to order anyone below his rank,gets to carry a magnum.
01 - Acts like a DvL, or OfC if they are not on duty, can carry out raids and gets a shotgun.
OfC - Can recruit any 03 to his division and can amputate with the confirmation of SeC or CmD
DvL - Gets a AR2, can conduct raids,can start a waiver(Only for a valid reason),can start a search.
CmD - Is the commander of all MPFs in the city, he can tell units where to go and order them around.
SeC - Is the sector of all MPFs, he oversees everything in the city and takes no prisoners,can amputate on sight, can start anything even without a valid reason, Must have an OTA and 1 01+ to guard him if he leaves Nexus.

Well,not all units will be there concentrated on rebels only,PHEONIX does only that

Its gonna be a little of side with the "vanilla" aspect as we are having custom classes

 

Unsure if you were trying to spell "Phoenix" not Pheonix. Pheonix is not even a word I believe. Unsure but whatever. I presume, since it is vanilla, that there is no SeC rank, and the administrator is a high point of power? Similar along those lines.

 

I joined in on their server... All it seemed to have was admins diking around. Yelling about their event, which was a bunch of units being blow up. And the RP was horrid. You try to speak to someone IC, they walk away. 3/4 people on it at the time were admins, admins who would sit on top of a scanner yelling IC "I will save all scanners from our enemy" "I am the god scanner!" And others whom would toss each other around. Was not a good first impression on my part.

 

Played, the CmD has horrible RP, and there are tons of minge MpF units.

They recruited rebels ICly in the NEXUS, you know, the place that the combine base at? Where they had to write down why they were a good webul, and then the CmD came in and gave them the final verdict on their app..keep in mind this wall all IC.

Also, a rebel yelling "cheese" and "down with combien" (yes, he spelled it like that) was accepted, and yes, he WAS serious, as I asked him LOOC to stop spamming, and he replied ICly. (Turns out he was a admin, and had only been on the server for a hour).

Overall, server is nothing different, which isnt HORRIBLE., the bad part is the admins and players you allow.

 

Some of the players have bad grammar, we are actually fine with that ( If We Cant Understand Them Then We'll Ask Them To Rephrease It)
Also, due to the map change, we are doing a character wipeout on all characters and now you can only apply as a CWU and other factions that are NOT MPF and Rebel.
If you said someone was saying "Cheese" a bunch of times, just type @ <Message> and I will deal with it.
For the admin rank that I gave out, he was a trusted friend of mine who had handled tons of HL2RP servers and was one of the first people who came to my server.

I also think that you should rephrase some of your words a bit...
