Boot speed ?.

    Tell me your computer boot speeds any OS :p

    Mine:
    Windows 7 pro - about 38 seconds, I have allot of crap on windows.
    Kubuntu - 9 seconds:On a 10gb install, use it for coding, and web surfing
    Other pc
    Redhat - About 25, I used this experimental on a old laptop

    Mine is relatively fast as my system is overclocked and because I don't have a load of useless shit on my computer.

    Windows 8.1 Pro - 4-5 seconds.

    Cba to check on my desktop and laptop #1.

    I got a new laptop a couple of days, though. It has some quick boot shit (which I assume really is just hibernation mode)

    From hibernation mode - 2 seconds.
    From being actually shut off - 7 seconds.

    pretty sexy, except the fact that it runs on W8.
