    I've stumbled upon this and I'm really enjoying it. Unfortunately, the rest of the album is really different from this piece and I don't know where to find something similar like this: 'relaxed', you know what I mean.

    Something similar to the odd yet beautiful voice in this song is a band named Beirut. They're indie but I love some of their tracks, and by love I mean LOVE.
    This is one of my favorite songs by them:

    Beirut - Nantes

    Which is also sampled in of my favorite Chance the Rapper songs ever, Long time and Long time II.

    Another one of their songs is sampled by Skizzy Mars and it's amazing.

    Lastly, DeVotchKa.
