You can make custom classes for any faction by clicking on that character on the scoreboard and selecting "Create custom class".

To change the model, I suggest going to the model you want in the Q menu, then right click that model and select "Copy to clip board" then type this in server chat: /charsetmodel (your characters name) [model directory]

Think you got it? I can get way more in depth if you want XD

PS: As for "Job's" really only I can think of that custom class command. Its not exactly what you'll want, but it works I suppose. Unless anyone has a better idea?

You really have stop creating so many different threads, especially another unnecessary thread when your other thread on "jobs" just use a singular thread and don't spread across so many.

To answer your questions, a better file to use as a template would be the administrator faction and classes as they show you how it's set out with the models command. If you also look at the other thread of yours this question has been answered.

    FACTION.models etc. etc.
