cannot spawn fence props

I am not allowed to spawn fence props on my server (phase four)
does anyone know of a flag/plugin that I can fix this with? or just how to in general

 

First, make sure you're a SA and then give yourself the following flags: "pet" after giving yourself these flags, you should be able to spawn them. If you still can't, click on the icon for the fence and click "Copy to clipboard." Then open up your chat, and type in either /propallow or /allowprop <pathway here>

 

I removed the allowed props plugin, and I still cannot spawn them. yes I completely uninstalled it.

 

You have to do it like Travis it said.

 

Good job reviving a 2 month old post, but FYI I already got rid of the allowed props, and I have pet flags. Maybe try it yourself then tell me what to do.
Edit: forgot to add, it still doesn't work if anyone would mind to help

Exactly what error does it give you, when you try to spawn fences?


And no, it wasn't a dead thread. It would be, if it was solved, but it wasn't, so it remained open, just nobody looked at it.
