You're right, it is becoming common now. It's pretty common over by where I live. Typically, I'll see people walking around with darker blue hair, red hair, or green. Depends on where you are. :\

if thats that one cyberpunk roleplay yeah it's dumb as hell. every time someone does cyberpunk it's always japan because weaboo owners yet everyone is either british or american.
