    It's about trust. How am I supposed to trust people who constantly flame and troll each other all day long and call each other autistic, and aren't friends with or even like the forum administrator? I'm quite happy to pick somebody I know and trust to moderate the forums, who also happens to be somebody who will do so regularly and without conflict.
