    Alright, so something provoked me the other day to make a video that was an announcement/video that would tell new citizens about the city itself etc. So, I asked a friend to voice some stuff and took made an amateur video out of it all.

    I think it adds to it, sounds like the combine just cooked it up to present to citizens. Plus in an industrial zone the quality in general would be trashy.

    And eh, I guess I'm indifferent. The papers please music ruins a lot. The voice is good for a fan thing, though.
