    To sum it up this is a lore attuned variant of the metropolice force, where every unit is equal and rankleaders and dispatch are the authority figures present. There are no divisions, taglines are used and temporary squad leads are assigned for TAG-PTs. There will be medically designated units via a patch on their ballistic vest. There is also a lack of training amongst units placing emphasis on learning by experience and replicating a thuggish force.​

    What I did read of the document you sent me last night however I feel is exactly what we need, it's well written and eliminates a lot of problems that plague MPF roleplay.

    That's the exact thread from the system I referenced in the other thread. It works great both for the server and for the units. I fully recommend this system as it works well, it limits staff involvement, it is inclusive, lore friendly and simple in a good way.

    That being said, the guide needs to be obviously tailored to the more relevant lore that's going to be implemented on the server.
