Turn off your anti-virus and then re download it, then it should work, its your anti-virus that does that.

Redownload the thing, try different browsers and see if that works. If it persists reply.

    Edit: Or try jamiecross solution.

  4. I think Jamie is correct on that one, depends on what you anti-virus picks up as a 'threat'.

Some of them don't like DLL files and Clockwork has a couple.

If you're getting a module error, give me some time to recompile CloudAuth. I think Windows 8 fucked me over.

Did you get a serial key?

    Where?

    (I bought CW)

Create a ticket in the store front asking for the serial key, then go to the wiki and see the installation instructions for Clockwork, it will tell you where to put that key.

I'm currently installing a Windows 7 Virtual Machine to rush recompile CloudAuth. If you're self hosting and getting a module error, please try installing Visual C++ Redistributable 2012. If you're with DaemonServersUK they're being installed now, I'll be removing this dependency within the hour.

Nevermind, for some reason when self hosting it doesn't allow the database address to be "localhost"

Where do you put the key? Just got one, IK i should of just replied to the ticket but as i'm here I guess I will just ask.

Have your issues been resolved? If you're getting "Couldn't load module library!" then you may need to re-download Clockwork from the store. I compiled it with Visual Studio 2012 on Windows 8 which turned out to be a mistake.

Navigate to garrysmod/gamemodes/<schema>; where <schema> is the name of your schema. For example, cwSeverance or cwHL2RP. The last step for installation is to enter your serial key. You first need to obtain one from the Store by setting up a support ticket asking for a serial key. Once you receive one, keep it saved in a safe place. Now you have to enter the serial key in a file called serial.cfg in your server's schema folder. Open that up with your favourite text editor and paste your serial key.

    Edit:

One thing to note; Some users have had trouble connecting to the MySQL. If you're using "localhost" or a website address for example "cloudsixteen.com" then try using the IP; 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost.
