    It's called reproducing when you're talking of bugs and stuff but anyways.

    It seems to happen at random. Maybe it has something to do with refreshes of some sort, I dunno.

    You seriously never get it? I get it all the time. It's not annoying, though, it happens for like a second or two before it fixes itself up.

    When it happend to me, it was only one person. So all my steam friends were the same person for about an hour. And whenever someone messaged me, it'd open a chat with him and he cold see what they were saying... It was... I can't explain it... Goddamn.
