    If I were you and looking for a developer for my server, I'd have contacted potential people via steam or PM personally, rather than making a topic about it for everyone to see. Sure, you have to do some research and look for people, but I personally would rather have considered helping / working for somebody who contacted me themselves, instead of applying for a job I found in some topic on forums.
