Technically, Trump isn't /officially/ president until Jan 20th (Inauguration Day)
And I'm sure that any wall(s) Trump plans on building can be accomplished albeit expensive, straining, and could take months if not years. Yet at the same time, It'd create a ton of jobs for those with experience looking to assist in some shape or form with the wall's construction and stops on-ground immigration issues which are common with the typical border fence we have right now (trucks, hoppers, cutting wire, etc.)

You could say "what if they go around via ocean". That's what the coast guard is for.
You could say "what if they dig a hole and climb through!". (iirc) We've developed the technology to semi-accurately detect any crude diggings or infrastructures beneath the ground, but It can be fucky in areas with lots of buildings, pipelines, and so forth. However considering the proposed wall is going to be built in a otherwise abandoned area -- There shouldn't be that much problems.
