CW-HL2:RP - Civil Protection Voices

    Good day, everybody! I am xanderdante, a new and aspiring HL2:RP developer! This is some very basic code, and I actually got the base file from SomeSortOfDuck, and as a result, I believe that a majority of the credit should go to him. These are new and re-furbished voices for units as a whole, with proper grammar and the likes. Should there be any errors, just contact me and I'll be sure to fix it up and give it a new release! Thank you!

    To install it, simply replace it with your current sh_voices.lua, and it should work!
