    Most likely your overlay was downloaded incorrectly or is misconfigured. If you have access to the CW content directly try dragging the files from your materials/ directory into your gmod/gmod/ directory. If not, delete your CW materials folder and try joining a random CW server that can provide the downloads.

    I have reinstalled the material content from hl2rp and CW to my server , still had the issue, restart & disabled all addons = still had the issue. I copy files directly from CW folder now, but how can players fix this issue ?
