A wiki is not an official source of information, references are, and that article has one reference, which isn't even related to the actual contents of the article. Unless you see it in HL2 or Valve confirms it, it's all speculation or fanon. The people who made that article are some random guys that played the game. They don't know anything more than you do. Unless specific evidence is provided to back up the claims, it's unreliable.

 

There isn't a set canon besides certain core things, but since people can change that for a roleplay setting then it doesn't really matter. The Half-Life lore is really ambiguous, and everyone can have a different take on it; as a roleplayer I would care for a server lore to be realistic or otherwise it wouldn't be something worth playing to me, but you can fill the plot holes with whatever. However, the HL Wiki is a nice source for the most logical explaination of the game's lore, in my opinion.

And if you worry about official stuff you can always go to the Marc Laidlaw Vault or ask him personally through an email.

 

I just hate when people break lore usually because they do it to add in stupid shit that only benefits a minority of people and/or usually just have some source of free ERP [Female Combine Assassins]

As Server Production continues on, I will[and still am] go back and think about, any possible Plot-Holes, I might've left while writing; As I don't want Players to be confused about what the fuck's going on, I'm trying to keep it Simple while being entertaining as well

If you're talking about the Commission of Counter-Combine, Sigma-9(If you're not, then my apologies)
The Commission of Counter-Combine&Sigma-9 Will have Applications. So, It's not just benefiting a few-select people on the Server, as I'm not looking to favorite any particular Player on the Server, Despite his/hers' background.
Erotic Roleplay will be allowed on the Server, but only in "decent" amounts, as I really don't want to..lets say look into logs to see this "**Rebel McBigGunnerson slams head into crotch, blah blah blah", so It is allowed but I'll attempt to make sure It's only done in Decent Amounts so It doesn't become a regular thing between Players, but If it does come to the conclusion that I'll have to stop Erotic Roleplay due to It becoming a regular thing (aka it happening 24/7), then I will definitely do so; as I want to server to have some sort of "Serious Aspect" to it, rather than lets fuck everything that moves.

Yup. It is apart of a great package of civilians. It is basically the HL2TS2 Models but with their animations fixed and other added models. I can give a link if you want.
