Do Tickets even work?

    Over my six months of owning multiple Clockwork Schemas, every time I open up a ticket, no one answers. I've had tickets varying from general problems, to my most recent, purchase of a Schema Rename, in which I've had no response, as usual.

    Am I just wasting my time? Can someone help me out here?

    the only one with ticket access is kurozael, and kurozael is "busy on severance"
