Does Fallout/New Vegas RP still exist?

I've finished up Fallout New Vegas and I'm working on the DLC missions (Currently working on beating Dead Money), I gotta say it's been one hell of a game, even if from what I've heard, Fallout 3 puts New Vegas to shame. I was wondering if Fallout RP still exists, because I know it has before and I know a full clockwork schematic is somewhere.

Also, was Fallout RP any good to begin with, or was it the typical edgy drifters and the ERPers?

I've heard that the story is way better and it's fucking huge, but I also hear it doesn't run well on Windows 7 and especially bad on Windows 8. But hell, I could toss $20 at it and give it a shot after I finish New Vegas.

 

Depends on the server you play. I know for a fine fact I haven't seen you on Eve and we didn't give out Deagles and T-1 armour so *ptthhht*

As for Fallout 3, I run it on Windows 7 just fine, but I have heard about it's lack of functionality. I think all of that is fixed in the Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch, though. Pick it up next time it's on the sales or something, give it a whirl.
It's definitely a better experience than F:NV, in my eyes.

 

I used to play on a fallout server called The Spire, about a year ago. Pretty sure they ported some of the stuff from NV, because the strip had the same exact textures and everything. The BoS had their bunker, Legion had their fort, NCR had their checkpoint, and there was so much more stuff. A truly amazing server, even if I only played it for like a week.

oh yeah and on the server we like token transferred 30k tokens or so, and like
an admin found out, but since the guy i transferred tokens knew like lua or some shit he used the excuse that we were like "testing out bugs", and the like.

I remember this one FalloutRP server, I was wandering through this like - desolate town, like, it looked like there was nothing there. Anyway, I found this corpse that was surrounded by LSD, Jet and Mentats and a Varmint Rifle. So, I grab the rifle, take a load of jet and then I hear the sounds of Lazer guns, I turn around - I wandered into the middle of a fucking BoS/Enclave battle. And I was high off my ass, so I sneak up behind the Enclave side, pop one of them (he was alone, so I assume he was a sniper or something) and stole their laze gun, shoot at the BoS next and injure like three of them before running off, high off my ass.

Later, the BoS wandered into the spawn town looking for me so I hid in a bin.

They never found me.

 

I remember a Fallout server where I started as a Vault Dweller. Ten minutes of walking I get beat up by bandits and kidnapped. Beaten up some more in there base as they try removing my Pip Boy. Escape and black out somewhere in the desert. Get found and carried by a lesbian NCR Ranger. Black out again and wake up in the BoS bunker. I am currently being studied and tested on in said bunker.

 

Lmao. I accidentally stumbled into the Enclave base (I was playing a crazy junkie who thought everyone was an alien) so that led to pretty hilarious shenanigans. Like, I found myself in the b arracks, and this Enclave officer walks in so I yell "ALIENS!!" and he yells back "Where?" so I like, slowly approach him and whisper in his ear "You're the alien........"

Needless to say, I was executed three minutes later.

 

you can still find the incomplete schema for what was previously sold as New Vegas RP on github with a little searching.
i dont think im allowed to link it here, but you'd need to buy a CWHL2RP key to get it to run.

 

It exists in the depths of hell somewhere. People still have the Schema though and use it, but it's kinda died along with Phase Four & Metro.

 

I bought the schema ages ago, I still have it. I mainly only used it when building another schema because it was so vanilla really, it made for an excellent skeleton.
