So, I tried messing around with Gr4ss's armor plugin but I found it just too complicated to work with to make my own clothes and all the links I found to the fallout/hl2 versions appear to be laden with virus links, so I have to ask, well, the title of this thread: does ITEM.protection do anything? A glance through the files in framework appears to suggest no, but I'm honestly not sure, and maybe somebody does know.

So, are you saying that if I put that code snippet in somewhere, it will do something? Or is that just showing the code that does it. And yeah, sorry about the three threads but, well, if I get a question and then get another question an hour later, I make a new thread. If I got like 15 at once I'd make a single thread, but an hour's enough time to forget about your old questions.

Just to note; it looks like protection is supported in the HL2RP schema. I myself thought the framework supported but I guess that's only for HL2RP, I'm not sure about any other schemas though.

It's just showing the code that's already in the plugin.
