This formatting. Needs work.
Lots and lots of it.

 

Didn't pay much attention to how I laid it out, can you help or not?

 

Sixx has a thread on the forums for formatting and such under the community section a believe.
Look there. It goes in fantastic detail.

 

He was asking for help with the model issue, not the formatting of the thread. However, pertaining the models, there may be both playermodels and npc models. Use the npc models and not the pms.

To be honest ElderscrollsRP kind of sounds cool, however it would need one hell of a custom map for this to work and plenty of content and the likes. (Also, melee weapons don't work well with NPC models because there is no real anims for them so playermodels would actually be better, even though their idle anims are holding an invis pistol.)

 

I'll be mad if this doesn't take a year to make, or more.
I want a good schema to be developed.
Not a HL2RP wannabe.

It could. Very easily with a lot of hard work.

I could see multiple ways to get it done and working but it'd require months upon months of work.
