There are currently plenty of open departments for you to transfer to, including;

• Art Department
• Programming
• Designer

I don't think Sloth found it funny to be honest, and was probably one of the reasons he left. I don't see how it is within your rights to ban those who breach your Terms of Service from every Clockwork server instead of your forums. I don't see how I'm up my own arse either, lol.
