    Regular Unit's can branch out and earn certain certifications such as Technician or Medical Officer, but really they're still regular but have more duties.
    RcT - you'll be this for about 1.5 weeks.

    We feel that a DISPATCH would cause trouble. We expect SqLs to be the end all of command, a council for SqLs has been created in this sort of thing - if something big happens such as a JW they have to power to call one in. We aren't wanting to have a bunch of ranks either.

    On paper, a DISPATCH sounds nice - and it really is, but unfortunately that has to be admin-operated.

    You have a good point, DISPATCH will play a minor role, but I'd rather not have a player-made character for it, however we will re-consider this and see if it could work.

    The problem is how we could make it to where it didn't need to be admin-operated.
