Help Getting a server ready

Right, Ill try to keep this brief, and sorry if this wasnt the correct place to post this, Im not exactly sure where to go haha.

So, recently bought the CWHL2RP schema, and was thinking about launching a server, a few problems are in my way though.
1. I dont exactly know how to code addons, or code in general (Pluggins, getting the whole clockwork stuff in)
2. I dont know where a good free website host would be (I wanted to get a free website host to save money)
3. I know clockwork is NOTHING about gaining money, however I will need to set up a account for donations, so I dont have to lose my own money, but unfortunately, I don't exactly know how to do that. (I wanna use something sorta like pay pal)

Anyways, if someone could write me back on that, that would help A LOT.

My advise would be to find someone that has experience in server administration or ownership and surround yourself with these kind of people. Even if you learned these three things, there's still a lot to come as server owner.

I know for a fact Im not ready at this moment, Ive already got a reply from someone here whose willing to teach me all this stuff before I actually try, so, I'm planning on starting this thing maybe a few months later after I for sure got this all down.
