I know this is a bit off topic with the point of the thread but; I actually agree with most of the points you people are making. Like, so many servers seem to be made just for the owner to feel like a God these days.

Good idea: Have a moderate sized group of mature players who are admin on the servers.

Bad idea: Have 30 people who you found on your friends list who are le memers be the admin on your City 8 may 20 player server.

good idea: enforce fear rp by having real consequences for someone's actions

if you act like a fucking jackass when you have a gun pointed at you and you get shot its a pk

Went on a server that had PAC3 and citizen voices available to everyone. That's just a baaaaad idea.

 

PeaceSector has PAC3 for everyone. I ended up playing as an EOW-Citizen.

that'd be an interesting experiment. you let people donate for op and then let people just fuck around.

 

make a script to give everyone superadmin but remove the ban command and the like
also make them unable to unload plugins and etc

 

A server I used to play on let someone donate for SA, the guy didn't even know how to use observer.
