erp is not only encouraged but enforced to at least 10 lines per hour.

you can also give out free tokens, flags, whitelists or even admin to those who give exemplar erp or are extremely creative. i have done this in the past many times and have seen stellar results in not only my playerbase but also my bank account when i offered free nude playermodels after a donation of $10.

That's me. I don't ban ERP on servers because I enjoy publicly humiliating the kiddos Via staff forum. :^)

 

I still don't get why people don't like ERP.

OT: Good Idea : A fair staff team with a balanced amount of people in each rank.

Bad Idea : All SA's, Owner is a dictator, Get promoted to Operator for "Good RP" And banning admins who are "Too strict."

Maybe cause majority of people aren't fucked up and have to roleplay sexual fantasies in a HL2 mod.

 

I liked it when I first joined HL2RP, then started to get bored of it until I said no.

OT: Good Idea: Have PlayX and maybe use it from time to time in broadcasts, like playing the Combine Theme as soon as the broadcast starts.
Bad idea: Use playX 24/7 and play weird asf songs

 

Good idea: Giving players the chance to be something more powerful, like the Sectorial.

Bad idea: Only promoting admins, friends and 'good roleplayers' to higher ranks.

 

Good idea: Have an active, responsible admin team.
Bad idea: Only make your circlejerk cyberbuddies admins and fuck them 24/7 instead of roleplaying.
