ULX does not work properly with CW.
I just can advise you to install this Admin-System, if you want ULX features.

 

You didn't delete all ULX files.
You should delete ULib addon too.

 

why does not work properly with cw?

 

Because Clockwork already have its own Admin-System.

Try to launch server without any addons.
Just clean dedicated server with clean Clockwork with default plugins.
I just saw your addon collection.. and.. I don't surprised why your server is printing Errors Messages. Just open this spoiler:

Edit: I'm sorry, fourth addon will work correctly. It's just models, not Lua.
