Hey there!
Initially I had intended to post this much sooner but recently have been preoccupied. For the past (3) years, I've been an active member in countless other HL2RP communities (i.e. Dynex, Burrito Brothers, New World, Blue Castle, etc.) and after making observations on how to run a community, I'm finally opening a server called 'Ascend'. Overall, I'll be looking forward to future conversations and becoming a bit more familiar with everyone!

Unfortunately, there's no formal introductions but I'd gladly give you a synopsis of what we'll be running. Tomorrow afternoon we'll be opening a 10-slot server to the public which we're hoping will be a well-received alternative to Half-Life 2 Roleplay which focuses heavily on character development, player influence, and quality roleplay. The server administration is currently composed of myself and two former super administrators of Burrito Brothers, Mint and Qaz. We'll also be starting out on the map rp_terminal6 until we increase our playerbase to transition ICly to an actual city. Overall, our goal as a community isn't to focus on a large playerbase or seek a specific quota on donations per month; we're simply here to provide the best roleplay experience and character development to the best of our ability.
