Hiring a good video guy

Hi. I'm looking for a person who could create a decent video for my HL2RP community. I would like it to contain the following:

An introduction
A bit of video showing the server
What we have
Why you should join
An ending

You can use source filmmaker(recommended) or you can use gmod(not really recommended).

My budget is at around 5 dollars but it may go up to 10. We can discuss prices when we meet. You may do this for free if you want to be an awesome person , but if you don't I understand.

If someone is going to be workind for only five or ten dollars. I woudln't really expect great things, is all.

 

It was just a recommendation for using those. I don't care if they aren't either of those, as long as they are decent quality.

It's like paying someone to advertise and sponsor you. When you ask for good, you can't cheap out. And for someone to not use SFM or Gmod, it'll be more expensive, as they are using their personal equipment THEY bought, or rent to do this for you. I mean, I hate to boast prices, but 25 is decent for a SFM video of adequate quality. Didn't author of a different framework pay like 150$ for his ad? And Others go higher for animated digital content. Your OP isn't very descriptive, what do you want? A showcase of moments on your server? A monologue of why we should join? Gameplay? Or a cinematic ad? or even a digital ad? I mean.. It's really all the power of money and advertising here.

 

Videos don't need to be flashy. Hate to use myself as an example but I made a HL2RP related video with hardly any effort. I wouldn't say its that bad but gets the job done.
