Also, why do you need a coder? Just take the free schema made for public, somewhere in schemas, and you're set.

In all seriousness, what would make your BMRP better than HB's or anyone else's? You haven't provided much information about your community at all- why should a developer want to apply for this?

In all seriousness though, post something on coderhire or go more in depth about it all, this just generally looks pitiful in itself and you have given little to know info about the things you would have coders do, and the pay and things of that nature. No one is going to take you seriously, or at least I would not with this format. Treat this as you would business.

one thing I've learned from C16 is that posting threads to hire developers never works.

 

He was literally willing to pay 150$ to anyone to be a permanent coder.
I talked him out of it, thank god.
