HL2RP HL2 Politician RP

So, this is an idea I've had for a while, but still needs some fleshing out.
No, I will most likely not be making a server for it, I would just like to hear the community's feedback and suggestions.
I took some fundamentals from @puppy0156 and @Outcasted , thanks to both.

It is 2020, several years after the Seven Hour War, and times have changed. The Universal Union, having drained a large amount of resources from Earth, and finding no further materialistic use besides transhumanisation, teleported a large majority of the Advisors off-world, and have given wide powers to Earth's Administrator, otherwise known as the Consul, to essentially become an autocrat, with the various sectors as his vassals. The document in question that enacted this new era is known as UNIVERSAL SERVICE DICTATION 89, 2020 AMENDMENT.

The Consul at the time, Doctor Wallace Breen, having enjoyed a status similar to an autocrat already, before the declaration, initiated a period of reform through the main legislative body, the Congress of Universal Deputies, and it's higher chamber, the Upper Assembly. The Congress was formed of Administrators of various cities, and the consistory of the Upper Assembly was selected by the Consul by recommendation of the Chairman [of Congress].

 

Sounds good!

 

seems more fit for a a different framework community tbh, but i like the idea of different sectors warring with eachother and shit. what i don't like is how liberalism exists in such an environment. each 'city', should have some totalitarian value to it, like Singapore.

 

So, essentially HL2RP, but with /actual/ city administrators.

It seems like something that a server that exists could initiate and people wouldn't notice much difference imo.

 

lp does this politician administrator shit too but they're only responsible for citizens and what not
although, the benefactors will ALWAYS pull strings on the civil administration

 

make a city1 server if you wanna do this.

 

Yeah, I've helped writing the whole politics thing. If you've read Dallas' posts, a lot of stuff is something I've written. I'm quite proud that something I've made has made it into the canon of a server that's as big as Lemonpunch (in size)!

 

Dallas is a really good writer, shame he resigned from server director awhile ago because he was a great manager.

 

now imagine HL2RP: Congress, where everyone is divided into parties and everyones old and arguing over shit for a year.

(and we'll have jenkins as george bush).
