HL2RP - Combine Interactive Interface

This is a request for a plugin that allows MPF to edit information or check documents and stuff like that through a mainframe that only they can access. I wanted this because it just seems realistic and gives the interfaces and mainframes actual meaning instead of decal. I would also like there to be a interface and a mainframe as the interface only can edit a little, the mainframe and edit everything. Thank you to anyone who helps, I am not paying because I am broke. XD

P.S. An example of this is a combine wants to enter in a document of a report then they can from there instead of having to go through the nexus and even edit data of citizens so they don't just walk off while you are looking at your datapad.

 

I believe @Phillipinc made a web-browser based version of this. He showed it to me several times and it seems to resemble what you're asking for.
