    in this case it will be
    /chartransfer (name) "Metropolice Scanner"

    The name should have SCN in it and it will automatically switch you to a scanner.

    oh yea change the prefix of place where RCT is to SCN

    As a side note, if you add "SYNTH" to your name as well, you become a claw scanner.
    e.g. "SYNTH-SCN"
