    I don't think it would be much of a problem if we made a "Cloud Sixteen Unofficial Community Server."

    But I think first off, we have to sort out the P4 server.

    nah, really though, man, why do we even need c16 to be mentioned? just get some gay name, that's edgy like... "mammoth roleplay gaming" then put like "staff needed" and "ic apps" in the title and bam, population and a circlejerk.

    you know, i'm still frowning upon the idea of an "unofficial" or "official" C16 roleplay.
    people will think "oh, my server isn't like C16's server, mine is bad!", and it'll drop down sales a lot
    i've told this before, but it'll pretty much be that. if you're gonna make it - please don't just go "this is C16's", but rather mention that the community is made from users from C16

    mostly i see the opposite. a lot of people would also try the "oh well it worked for c16 it'll work for me!" mentality. i've adminned and developed for many many servers that try to be too much like lp or scg, that doesn't stop them from throwing money at kuro.

    edit: the fuck. i intended this thread to talk more about past hl2rp servers, could have ended on page 1 but continue. atleast people are being civil in the discussion.
