I have a problem with Clockwork

Discussion in 'Discussion' started by Gamepro, Jun 16, 2013.

  1. Okay, I got almost everything set up for my server, but for some odd reason... It says that LAN servers are restricted to local clients (class C). I asked NFO if they can do something about this, but they said that the Clockwork would most likely know what to do. Any help thanks, -Gamepro

  2. Please check that your serial is in the serial.cfg file, and that there are no spaces in or around it.

Also update everything. Update your server, update Clockwork, update your schema, if updates are available for them.

  3. Well, if your a Dev. or something. I really would wish it if you could find out what's wrong with it.

  4. Why can't you just check your serial key and version of everything? :-\

  5. You think I didn't? I did, and everything is correct.

  6. You should have mentioned that. You did not mention that.

When was the last time you downloaded the schema and Clockwork from the store? And when was the last Server Steam update?

  7. Today. I bought the gamemode today. I doubt there's been an update.

  8. Yes, It used to run actually. I followed each instruction, and it works. It's only that an error appears that says something about the lan.

  9. Navigate to garrysmod/lua/bin

Delete the cloudauth dll file. After that, upload it again (newest version of course).

  10. Well, Apparently I can't delete my Cloudauth. It said Access Denied, Ironically. Any Ideas? I mean, if you could help me by taking a look at my FTP. I could really use it.

Are you sure that your host doesn't restrict dll files?

    sants1 I'm an asshole. That's all.

Make sure your server is STOPPED when you delete the .dll file.

Most hosts restrict it if the server is up.

  13. Not really. Hosts don't restrict it because the server is up. It's because it's being used by a process. You can't do anything to a file it if it's being used by a process. And he probably can't delete it because it's a DLL file.

And Gamepro, you need to contact your host and give them the latest version of the DLL file, because a lot of hosts don't allow the uploading of those.
