    Played 3 years ago on some hl2rp server and they had a tool what was able to paste images ingame using only its url. Maybe anyone here knows something...

    Fair warning, for some reason it brightens pictures up. It always looks better if you match the picture brightness up to the map so it doesn't look way out of place.
