The Outlands is the area beyond the borders and far canals of City Seventeen, In the Snowy Russian Mountains. This area is controlled in Organic Vegetation and is one of the well known areas free from the Combine's Control. This is where the Lambda Resistance lies and many other groups, as it is a community for the people who do not obey or fall into the jurisdiction of the Combine Empire. And Before you start saying that all characters will be rebels, Any one that does not have authorization from a member of The Staff Team will have to Join IC. These people will start off as a Refugee, although you don't have to be a rebel. You could be a doctor, a mechanic, a street salesman, a hunter, a radio operator and so much more.

This part of the outlands is known by the Overwatch Border Forces and the Refugees as SECTOR: B. This is the second biggest place in the outlands, obviously falling under Sector A. If you previously read me talking about Over-Watch Forces yes it is true Union RP Is not dead. There are still groups of bound together Overwatch Transhuman Arm residing in make-shift Combine bases in the outlands. These are not frequent characters and come on when have authorization (A Basic Sweep) Or a Unique Event.

The Current year is 2016, Thirteen years after the Combine Invasion on Earth We are still isolated into the Outlands where we are strong, but inside the City Walls we are but mere rumors and ashes. We know some day the Rebellion will arise and overthrow our Dictators. Sector B Is our home, heavily controlled by the Lambda and various other groups. We are a community, we are not soldiers but a community. Every Six Months We send our men to the Canals gathering up what remains of the city survivors that wish to come here, we then take them on trucks and get them settled into Alpha Camp one of our first bastions. They are then assigned jobs, If they wish to stay safe they must work and earn there stay.

We Will start the server off with an opening event, This bit will get confusing but please listen. I would like to note that this event does not mean it is the people who will only have characters on the server, This is just to determine who will take place in the first IC Event. If you miss this event and join later nothing will change you will just get to the outlands without this bit of RP.

On Saturday 26th Of September At 6PM OR 7PM BST We will host an introductory event where you will be able to join and create your character, after creating you will be wait a short amount of time then the event will take place. It will include the delivering of a large amount of Refugees. You will have this rare opportunity to be assigned a job in Outpost Alpha! So I repeat,

Only complaint is the amount of content.

 

Welp, time to read some Outland lore and see what I can do, are the models needed for the server, I like the original Combine models, the beta ones are fine.

 

I have taken up this problem with the staff, Don't worry we hear your complaint and we shall do our best to fix it <3 It is really just to expand the model list but we will knock off some stuff. Thanks for being patient with us.

me and pyro talked about this, but i think it actually looks pretty good. i'm definitely gonna give it a shot. about time we had an outlands-ish rp that wasn't SCG.

We are currently working on our voice based server, we have been presented with the free "Mummble Voice" Servers = Shitter TS. Most of the staff don't speak and neither do I. But If a Voice Server is wanted I am sure we can create one. We are all really busy coding new weapons and food items for the server.
