Certainly, Type IV Kevlar with Synthetic Crab Plating inside and EOW issue inserts to fill the entire thing. Definitely not over 100LBS easily.

Type IV Kevlar alone is 84-88 lbs.
Then add Synthetic Crab Plating behind that - Depending on size, like EOW size, that's probably another 10-15lbs.
Then add the EOW inserts, and the cushioned plating behind that.

I'd say he'd be lugging around 125lbs on his chest 24/7. Plus whatever rifle, about six magazines to said rifle; a sidearm, about two magazines to that; possibly a grenade; a gasmask; a helmet/hat/something to cover head

This guy must be God on whatever server he used to play. And as far as flexibility goes - fuck that, you're not going to be rolling out of the way of a grenade. The most you could do is jog like .5mph away.
