Would it be possible to take a character from the mySQL database and transfer it to a second mySQL database on a different server, and connect it with a steam ID so when that player joins, the character is there for them?

  2. Yes. Just make some tables and manually add the values in.

I tried on the server, but the citizen I made over wrote my other citizen. Problem? Or is that normal and I am doing it wrong

  4. I don't understand.

I created another Citizen using mySQL. This citizen I made overwrote my previous citizen and deleted him.

Your best bet is to just setup both servers to use the same MySQL information, that way they'll be able to use their characters on both servers and updates between them will still persist between the two environments.
